Trust built one gentle moment at a time… If you’d told me five years ago that Ziggy would strut out of the groomers like a little superstar, I’m not sure I’d have believed you! When we first started at Darlings Dog Grooming, he was such an anxious, sensitive boy. Grooming day was a big deal. But Holly has been an absolute star. So patient, so calm, and always meeting Ziggy exactly where he was at. She never rushed him and completely respected his pace. Over time (and it really has been a journey!), she built up his trust and confidence in the loveliest way. Now? He walks in like he owns the place — and walks out looking ridiculously handsome every single time. The attention to detail is amazing, and you can tell how much love and care goes into her work. I can’t recommend Holly highly enough. No hesitation at all — 5 glowing stars! 🌟

I cannot recommend Holly highly enough! Finding a groomer who is as talented as she is kind can be a challenge, but Holly is the absolute best. My dog, Wally, absolutely adores her. It’s such a peace of mind knowing he’s in the hands of someone so attentive and lovely. She truly puts Wally’s care and comfort as her top priority, and it shows in how relaxed he is when I pick him up. On top of her wonderful temperament, she is incredibly easy to deal with - professional, communicative, and reliable. Most importantly, Wally looks perfect every single time she grooms him. Her attention to detail is unmatched! If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pup like their own and provide a flawless cut, Holly is the one.

My groodle Maggie has been going to Darlings Dog Grooming for over 5 years now (since she was a pup), for regular grooming and pampering 🛀 Holly is incredibly caring and patient. Maggie has epilepsy, so I’m always extra cautious about who looks after her, but Holly shows her so much extra love, care, and understanding. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing Maggie is in such kind, capable and skilled hands 💕 Every time Maggie comes home, her groom looks absolutely amazing — and she smells incredible too! I have two large groodles that have been seeing Holly every 7 weeks for a few years now and I don’t know where we would be without her! One of my dogs has quite bad anxiety and hated the groomer until we went to Holly. She takes her time with my anxious girl and makes sure she isn’t getting too overwhelmed by the process. Holly is also great at always taking my two dogs at the same time as they are a bonded pair. I’m not the best a staying on top of brushing so it’s always a bit of work for Holly and I am so grateful that my dogs always look wonderful and happy when I come to pick them up. Could not recommend Holly more.

Holly Darling has been Missy's wonderful groomer since she was a puppy. Nearly 4 years of her gentle touch, bathing, delicate clipping of those pesky toes and then the perfect shaping of Missy's adorable bangs. It was always going to be hard to say goodbye to Holly who we both trust and ❤️
